“Jess is an amazing stylist who infuses her deep knowledge of fashion and trend into her work, coming up with looks that work within brand filters but also have an element of newness. Her background in visual also meant she could understand business objectives and seasonal storytelling, presenting to senior leadership and explaining her rationale with a warm disposition. She’s also an great collaborator with different cross-functional partners—design, merchandising, art direction, marketing, production—to make sure all the bases are covered for shoot needs, seasonal messages, samples, and more. She always brought a fresh point of view to our shoots, and was proactive in coming up with fast wardrobe solutions or ideas, or just jumping in with a helping hand.”
